Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 5) Order 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 5) Order 2004 and shall, with the exception of paragraph 2(b) and (c), be deemed to have come into operation on 15th September 2004.

(2) Paragraph 2(b) and (c) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st September 2004.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order (O 2) is amended

(a)	by deleting the name “Mr Ong Kok Min” in the third column of item 3 and substituting the name “Mr Lau Wah Ming”;
(b)	by deleting the words “Ministry of Community Development and Sports” in paragraph (a) in the second column of item 4 and substituting the words “Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports”; and
(c)	by inserting, immediately after the words “Ministry of the Environment” in paragraph (a) in the second column of item 4, the words “and Water Resources”. [G.N. Nos.
