Public Order (Unrestricted Area) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Public Order Act 2009, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Order (Unrestricted Area) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2009.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Order (Unrestricted Area) Order 2009 (G.N. No. S 491/2009) is amended by deleting the Plan and substituting the following Plan:
