In exercise of the powers conferred by section 121(5)(b) of the Foreign Interference (Countermeasures) Act 2021, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Foreign Interference (Countermeasures) (Service of Documents Website) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 7 July 2022.

2.  The website maintained by the competent authority at https://www.mha.gov.sg/fica/directions is prescribed for the purposes of section 121(5)(b) of the Act.
