Public Entertainments and Meetings Act (Amendment of Schedule) Order 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Public Entertainments and Meetings Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Entertainments and Meetings Act (Amendment of Schedule) Order 2004 and shall come into operation on 27th September 2004.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Paragraph 3 of the Schedule to the Public Entertainments and Meetings Act is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (e) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:

“(e)	public entertainment provided by or under the auspices of any statutory board constituted by or under any written law for a public purpose.”.
