Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore Act, the Minister for Transport, after consultation with the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Seletar Airport) (Amendment) Notification 2018 and comes into operation on 1 October 2018.

Deletion and substitution of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Seletar Airport) Notification 2009 (G.N. No. S 294/2009) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:

“THE SCHEDULE

Paragraph 2

Seletar Airport

All that land and water containing an area of about 1,608,000 square metres within the limits that are the boundaries to Lot numbers 1003K, 1044V, 1045P, 1046T, 1047A, 4515A-PT, 4517N, 4519L‑PT, 4991W, 5126W‑PT, 5127V‑PT, 5146T‑PT, 5151K‑PT, 5170X‑PT and 5171L‑PT of Mukim 20, and which is more particularly delineated in the Plan below.

”.
