Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board Act (Commencement) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board Act 2003, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Education, hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board Act (Commencement) Notification 2004.
2.  The Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board Act 2003 shall come into operation on 1st April 2004.
