(Approved Institutions) (Amendment)
Notification 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 35 of the Misuse of Drugs Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Approved Institutions) (Amendment) Notification 2014 and shall come into operation on 3rd February 2014.
Amendment of Notification relating to Approved Institutions
2.  Item (6) of the Schedule to the Notification relating to Approved Institutions (N 3) is amended by deleting the words “Lloyd Leas Work Release Camp” and substituting the words “Lloyd Leas Community Supervision Centre”.
Made this 16th day of January 2014.
