Sewerage and Drainage (Trade Effluent)
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Sewerage and Drainage Act, the Public Utilities Board, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Sewerage and Drainage (Trade Effluent) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 23 October 2015.
Amendment of regulation 11
2.  Regulation 11(6) of the Sewerage and Drainage (Trade Effluent) Regulations (Rg 5) is amended by deleting “2014” and substituting “2015”.
Deletion and substitution of Fourth Schedule
3.  The Fourth Schedule to the Sewerage and Drainage (Trade Effluent) Regulations is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
