Protected Places
(Amendment) Order 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Protected Places (Amendment) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 17 November 2016.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Protected Places (No. 5) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 778/2010) is amended by deleting item (3).
