Government Contracts (Authorisation)
(Amendment) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Government Contracts Act 1966, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Government Contracts (Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2022 and is deemed to have come into operation on 1 July 2022.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  In the First Schedule to the Government Contracts (Authorisation) Notification 2022 (G.N. No. S 318/2022), replace Parts 22, 23 and 24 with —

3.  In the Second Schedule to the Government Contracts (Authorisation) Notification 2022 —
(a)in item 9, replace “is” with “, Family Justice Courts or State Courts is or are”; and
(b)in item 10, replace “Deputy Chief Executive of the Supreme Court, where the Supreme Court is” with “Deputy Chief Executive, Office of the Chief Justice, where the Supreme Court, Family Justice Courts or State Courts is or are”.
