(Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2006 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st October 2006.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order (O 2) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the name “Mr Lim Siong Guan” in the third column of item 1; and
(b)	by deleting the name “Mr Lim Siong Guan” in the third column of item 2. [G.N. Nos. S 585/2004; S17/2005; S 141/2005; S 421/2005; S 508/2005; S 724/2005; S 153/2006]
