(Amendment No. 2) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Motor Vehicles (Third-Party Risks and Compensation) Act 1960, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Motor Vehicles (Third-Party Risks and Compensation) (Coast Cycles Pte. Ltd. — Exemption) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2023 and comes into operation on 31 August 2023.
Amendment of paragraph 1
2.  In the Motor Vehicles (Third-Party Risks and Compensation) (Coast Cycles Pte. Ltd. — Exemption) Notification 2022 (G.N. No. S 98/2022), in paragraph 1(2), replace “31 August 2023” with “28 February 2024”.
Amendment of paragraph 2
3.  In the Motor Vehicles (Third-Party Risks and Compensation) (Coast Cycles Pte. Ltd. — Exemption) Notification 2022, in paragraph 2, in the definition of “trial”, replace “31 August 2023” with “28 February 2024”.
