In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Free Trade Zones Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 13 August 2021.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) Notification (N 3) is amended by inserting, immediately after item (10), the following item:

““(11) Tuas Port

All that area occupied by “TUAS PORT — FREE TRADE ZONE” containing an area of approximately 3,451,892 square metres and bounded approximately as follows:

The boundary commences at a point 26,285.100 metres North and 3,963.400 metres East of the Singapore Land Authority SVY 21 Datum and runs approximately as follows:
