Delegation of Powers
(Ministry of Finance)
(Amendment No. 2) Notification 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Interpretation Act 1965, the Minister for Finance, with the approval of the President, makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Finance) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 18 July 2022.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Schedule to the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Finance) Notification 2014 (G.N. No. S 807/2014) —

(a)

in Part 1, under the heading “(A) Ministries and Organs of State”, replace items 12 and 13 with —

“12.	Chief Executive, Office of the Chief Justice

$50,000”;

(b)

in Part 1, under the heading “(A) Ministries and Organs of State”, replace item 21 with —

“21.	Deputy Chief Executive, Office of the Chief Justice

$3,000”;

(c)

in Part 2, under the heading “(A) Ministries and Organs of State”, replace items 9 and 10 with —

“9.	Chief Executive, Office of the Chief Justice

$100,000”; and

(d)

in Part 2, under the heading “(A) Ministries and Organs of State”, replace item 18 with —

“18.	Deputy Chief Executive, Office of the Chief Justice

$50,000”.
