Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Act (Commencement) Notification 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Act 2003, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Act (Commencement) Notification 2003.

2.—(1) The Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Act 2003 shall, with the exception of section 3 (a) and (d), come into operation on 19th December 2003.

(2) Section 3 (a) and (d) shall come into operation on 1st April 2004.
