Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 39) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 39) Notification 2008.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Singapore Pools (Private) Limited from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Singapore Pools 40th Anniversary Golf 2008” promotion and the draw on 23rd November 2008.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Pools (Private) Limited with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 20th November 2008.
