Electricity Act
(Chapter 89a)
Electricity Act (Commencement) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Electricity Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Electricity Act (Commencement) Notification 2002.
2.  Sections 82, 89 to 93, 103 and 104 of the Electricity Act shall come into operation on 1st December 2002.
