Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 31) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 31) Notification 2009.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Tampines Central Constituency Sports Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Mahjong Competition” to be held on 19th December 2009 and 26th December 2009.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Tampines Central Constituency Sports Club with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 7th December 2009.
