Declaration of Prison
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 (a) of the Prisons Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby declares Changi Reformative Training Centre, 40 Moon Crescent, Singapore 499108 to be a prison for the purposes of the Act and defines the said place to be a prison for the custody for all classes of prisoners, convicted, remanded or detained under any written law, with effect from 3rd May 1998.
