Education Service Incentive Payment Act (Commencement) Notification 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Education Service Incentive Payment Act 2001, the Minister for Education hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Education Service Incentive Payment Act (Commencement) Notification 2001.
2.  The Education Service Incentive Payment Act 2001 shall come into operation on 1st January 2002.
