Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act 2005

Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act 2005, the Senior Minister hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2005.
2.  Sections 2 (c), (g) and (y), 42 to 82, 83 (a) to (d) and (f), 84 to 103, 105 and 109 of the Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act 2005 shall come into operation on 15th October 2005.
