In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Immigration Act 1959, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification is the Immigration (Temporary Authorised Places of Entry and Departure — Singapore Regatta 2022) Notification 2022.

Temporary authorised places of entry and departure by sea

2.—(1) Republic of Singapore Yacht Club at 52 West Coast Ferry Road, Singapore 126887 is an authorised landing place only for —

(a)	the separate and exclusive immigration clearance of persons arriving in Singapore by sea in any vessel participating in the “Singapore Regatta 2022” event; and
(b)	the period starting at 5 p.m. and ending at 7 p.m. on 24 July 2022.

(2) Changi Sailing Club at 32 Netheravon Road, Singapore 508508 is an authorised departing place only for —

(a)	the separate and exclusive immigration clearance of persons leaving Singapore by sea in any vessel participating in the “Singapore Regatta 2022” event; and
(b)	the period starting at 5 a.m. and ending at 7 a.m. on 24 July 2022.
