Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 17) Order 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(13) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 17) Order 2001 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 10th November 2001.

Amendment of Consolidation Order

2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended —

(a)	by deleting item (11)(c) relating to Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York;
(b)	by deleting the words “Chase Manhattan (S.E.A.) Limited” in item (94) and substituting the words “J.P. Morgan Securities (S.E.A.) Limited”; and
(c)	by deleting the words “Chase Manhattan Bank” in item (158) and substituting the words “JPMorgan Chase Bank”. [G.N. Nos.
