Education Endowment Scheme Act
(Chapter 87A)
Education Endowment Scheme (Edusave Merit Bursaries) (Amendment) Regulations 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(a) of the Education Endowment Scheme Act, the Minister for Education hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Education Endowment Scheme (Edusave Merit Bursaries) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2006.
Amendment of regulation 5
2.  Regulation 5(1) of the Education Endowment Scheme (Edusave Merit Bursaries) Regulations (Rg 5) is amended by deleting “$3,000” in sub-paragraph (b) and substituting “$4,000”.
