Preservation of Monuments (No. 2) Order 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the Preservation of Monuments Act, the Minister for Information and the Arts, on the advice of the Preservation of Monuments Board, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Preservation of Monuments (No. 2) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 18th December 1998.

Monuments

2. The monuments specified in the Schedule are hereby placed under the protection of the Preservation of Monuments Board.

Made this 18th day of December 1998.
