Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Prime Minister) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2010

Variation of Responsibility of Prime Minister

It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st November 2010, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Prime Minister) Notification 2006 (G.N. No. S 301/2006) —

(a)	by inserting, immediately below the words “Prime Minister’s Office.” under the heading “Departments/Statutory Bodies”, the words “Productivity Fund Administration Board.”; and
(b)	by inserting, immediately below the words “Prevention of Corrupt Practices.” under the heading “Subjects”, the words “National Productivity Fund.”.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Prime Minister) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2010.
