| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations are the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 August 2022. |
| Amendment of First Schedule |
| 2. In the First Schedule to the Regulation of Imports and Exports Regulations (Rg 1), in Part A, in item 2, in the second column, replace “Senior Director, Gambling Regulatory Unit, Ministry of Home Affairs” with “Director (Gaming Technology Division), Gambling Regulatory Authority”. |
