Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Amendment No. 6) Rules 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34 and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Amendment No. 6) Rules 2007 and shall come into operation on 6th November 2007.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. Item 18 of the Third Schedule to the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) is amended by deleting the index mark “ROV.” in the second column under the heading “Index Series” and substituting the index mark “LTA.”.
