Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2016
(Commencement) (No. 3) Notification 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2016, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2016 (Commencement) (No. 3) Notification 2016.
2.  Sections 7(b) and (c), 33, 34 and 50 of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2016 come into operation on 1 December 2016.
3.  Sections 7(a) and 17(b) of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2016 come into operation on 1 January 2017.
