Preservation of Monuments Act
(Chapter 239)
Preservation of Monuments Order 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the Preservation of Monuments Act, Mr David Lim Tik En, the Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts, on the advice of the Preservation of Monuments Board, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Preservation of Monuments Order 2002 and shall come into operation on 2nd December 2002.
Monument
2.  The monuments specified in the Schedule are hereby placed under the protection of the Preservation of Monuments Board.
Made this 25th day of October 2002.
