Immigration (Exemption from Singapore Visa) (Amendment) Order 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 56 of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Exemption from Singapore Visa) (Amendment) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2008.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Part I of the Schedule to the Immigration (Exemption from Singapore Visa) Order 2007 (G.N. No. S 658/2007) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 10, the following item:
“
11. Federal Republic of Nigeria
 
Diplomatic, Official or Service passport.
”.
