Sultan Hussain Ordinance (Appointed Day for Purposes of Section 4A) Notification 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4A(5) of the Sultan Hussain Ordinance, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Sultan Hussain Ordinance (Appointed Day for purposes of section 4A) Notification 2000.

Appointed day for section 4A

2. For the purposes of section 4A of the Ordinance, the appointed day referred to therein shall be 1st March 2000.
