| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 9) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 2nd January 2002. |
| Approved bank |
| 2. Standard Merchant Bank (Asia) Limited is hereby approved as an “approved bank” for the purposes of section 13(1)(t) of the Act. |
