Societies (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Societies Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Societies (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st January 1999.

Amendment of regulation 6

2. Regulation 6(1) of the Societies Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$300” in sub-paragraph (a) and substituting “$400”; and
(b)	by deleting “$100” in sub-paragraph (d) and substituting “$125”.
