(Exemption) (No. 39)
Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 39) Notification 2011.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts World Sport Group Pte. Ltd. (referred to in this Notification as “the organiser”) from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “ARC Children Centre” lucky draw promotion to be held from 10th November 2011 to 13th November 2011 (both dates inclusive), and the draw to be conducted on 13th November 2011 at Sentosa Golf Club.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
