(Exemption) (No. 62)
Notification 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 62) Notification 2014.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Kreta Ayer — Kim Seng Active Ageing Committee (called the organiser) from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Kreta Ayer — Kim Seng Mahjong Tournament 2014” to be held on 21 September 2014 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the multi‑purpose hall of Kim Seng Community Centre.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
