Carriage by Air (Montreal Convention, 1999) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Carriage by Air (Montreal Convention, 1999) Act 2007, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Carriage by Air (Montreal Convention, 1999) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007.
2.  The Carriage by Air (Montreal Convention, 1999) Act 2007 shall come into operation on 16th November 2007.
