(Amendment) Act (Commencement)
Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the International Arbitration (Amendment) Act 2009, the Minister of Law hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the International Arbitration (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2010.
2.  The International Arbitration (Amendment) Act 2009 shall come into operation on 1st January 2010.
