Payment and Settlement Systems (Finality and Netting) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Payment and Settlement Systems (Finality and Netting) Act 2002, the Deputy Prime Minister, Lee Hsien Loong, hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Payment and Settlement Systems (Finality and Netting) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002.
2.  The Payment and Settlement Systems (Finality and Netting) Act 2002 shall come into operation on 9th December 2002.
