Notification 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the House to House and Street Collections Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the House to House and Street Collections (National Council of Social Service) (Exemption) (Amendment) Notification 2014 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 2nd July 2013.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Paragraph 11 of the First Schedule to the House to House and Street Collections (National Council of Social Service) (Exemption) Notification (N 1) is amended by deleting the words “Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore” in sub‑paragraphs (4) and (5) and substituting in each case the words “Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (formerly known as the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore)”.
