Parking Places Act
(Chapter 214)
Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Parking Places Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2010.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) Order (O 2) is amended —
(a)by deleting “$2” in paragraph (1)(c) of Parts I, II, XII and XIII and substituting in each case “$4”;
(b)by deleting “$4” in paragraph (3)(c) of Parts I, II and XII and substituting in each case “$8”;
(c)by deleting “$2” in paragraph (1)(b) of Parts III to VI, VIII, IX, XI, XIV and XV and substituting in each case “$4”; and

(d)by deleting “$4” in paragraph (3)(b) of Parts III to VI, VIII, IX, XI, XIII, XIV and XV.
