Notice under Section 17 (5)

Whereas pursuant to section 17(5) of the Revised Edition of the Laws Act, the Law Revision Commissioners have published in loose-leaf form the 1999 Revised Edition of Subsidiary Legislation made under the Acts set out in the Schedule incorporating all amendments up to 1st December 1998:

Now, therefore, it is hereby notified for general information that the Law Revision Commissioners have appointed 1st January 1999 as the date the 1999 Revised Edition of Subsidiary Legislation made under those Acts shall come into force.
