(Clearing Facility)
(Revocation) Order 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (b) of the definition of “clearing facility” in paragraph 4(1) of the First Schedule to the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Securities and Futures (Clearing Facility) (Revocation) Order 2018 and comes into operation on 8 October 2018.

Revocation

2. The Securities and Futures (Clearing Facility) Order 2006 (G.N. No. S 80/2006) is revoked.
