Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 424(1) of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution (Reciprocal Recognition of Official Assignees) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 30 July 2020.

Declaration

2. It is declared that the Government of Singapore has entered into an agreement with the government of Malaysia for the recognition by each government of the Official Assignees in bankruptcy appointed by the other government.
