(Amendment) Order 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Singapore Civil Defence Force) (Amendment) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2010.

Deletion and substitution of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Fees (Singapore Civil Defence Force) Order (O 30, 2010 Ed.) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:

1.	Testing of fire hydrant

$90 per hydrant

2.	Fire report

$50 per copy

3.	Ambulance report

$50 per copy

4.	Ambulance fee

$180 per journey

5.	For services rendered by the following Civil Defence Officers:

Per hour or part thereof

(a)	Staff Sergeant and below

(b)	Warrant Officer (including Senior Warrant Officer)

(c)	Lieutenant

(d)

Captain

(e)

Major

(f)	Lieutenant Colonel

(g)	Colonel and above

(h)	Technical Support Officer (Grades I to III)

(i)	Technical Support Officer (Grades IV to VIII)

6.	Hiring of the following fire fighting equipment:

(a)	Combined Platform Ladder (CPL) – 32m

(c)	Light Fire Attack Vehicle (LFAV)

7.	Accreditation fee:

(a)	HAZMAT Transport Driver Permit Course

(i)	First Year Certification

$930

(ii)	Subsequent Renewal of Certification (for a 2 year period)

(b)	Fire Safety Manager Course

(i)	Certification (for a 3 year period)

$1,700.
