Property Tax (Collection and Recovery) (Amendment) Regulations 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 67 of the Property Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Property Tax (Collection and Recovery) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2003.
Deletion of regulations 2 and 3
2.  Regulations 2 and 3 of the Property Tax (Collection and Recovery) Regulations (Rg 1) are deleted.
