| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Appeals under Parts II and III of Act) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 8 October 2018. |
| Amendment of regulation 1 |
| 2. Regulation 1 of the Securities and Futures (Appeals under Parts II and III of Act) Regulations (Rg 6) (called in these Regulations the principal Regulations) is amended by deleting the words “Parts II and III” and substituting the words “Parts II, IIA, III, IIIA and VIAA”. |
| Amendment of regulation 2 |
| 3. Regulation 2 of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting the words “Part II or III” in the definition of “appellant” and substituting the words “Part II, IIA, III, IIIA or VIAA”. |
| Amendment of Schedule |
| 4. The Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended by deleting the words “PARTS II AND III” in Forms 1 and 2 and substituting in each case the words “PARTS II, IIA, III, IIIA AND VIAA”. |
