| Residential Property (Variation of Exemption No. 2/2002) Notification 2003 |

| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Residential Property (Variation of Exemption No. 2/2002) Notification 2003 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 23rd January 2003. |
| Variation of conditions of exemption |
| 2. The conditions imposed by the Minister on Cairnhill Place Pte Ltd for exempting the company from the provisions of the Act are hereby varied as set out in Document (41) E141 and VC 476 [Variation of Exemption No. 2/2002] dated 10th December 2002, the particulars of which are set out in the Schedule. |
| Amendment of Notification |
| 3. The Schedule to the Residential Property (Exemptions of Foreign Companies) (Consolidation) Notification (N 3) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “11th June 1990” in the second column of the item relating to Cairnhill Place Pte Ltd, the words “, as varied by Document (41) E141 and VC 476 [Variation of Exemption No. 2/2002] dated 10th December 2002”. |
