Gas (Specified Date for Purposes of Section 6(1)) Order 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(1) of the Gas Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Gas (Specified Date for purposes of section 6(1)) Order 2008.
Specified date
2.  For the purposes of section 6(1)(c), (d) and (g) of the Act, the specified date shall be 14th February 2008.

Made this 6th day of February 2008.
