Geographical Indications Act
(Commencement) Notification 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Geographical Indications Act 1998, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Geographical Indications Act (Commencement) Notification 1998.
2.  The Geographical Indications Act 1998 shall come into operation on 15th January 1999.
